Meet Anna
Board Certified Cognitive Specialist · Homeschool Consultant · Brain Health Educator · Author · Speaker

You do not need another expert handing you a perfect-looking schedule that falls apart by Tuesday.
You need someone who understands that your child may learn differently, your business still needs you, and the usual one-size-fits-all advice often makes everything harder.
That is the work I do.
I'm Anna Bauereis — a homeschool consultant, brain health educator, author, speaker, and Board Certified Cognitive Specialist. For years, I have helped families better understand how children learn, how developmental differences affect education, and how to build a homeschool life that works in the real world.
My work is especially centered around entrepreneur families and parents raising children with learning differences. I help families step back, look at the whole picture, and create a plan that supports both the child and the household.
"Because let's be honest: when a child is struggling, everything in the home feels it."
I believe homeschooling should be customized, practical, and rooted in how your child is actually wired.
That means we do not start with pressure. We start with understanding.
We look at what is happening beneath the surface. We look at how your child processes, learns, responds, and regulates. We look at your real-life capacity, not some ideal version of your week that only exists in color-coded planners and good intentions.
Then we build from there.
My goal is not to help you copy someone else's homeschool. My goal is to help you build one that fits your child, your family, and your season.
I work with families who are trying to make sense of learning challenges, homeschool questions, and the constant tension between helping their child and keeping everything else afloat.
That often includes:
If that sounds like you, you are in the right place.
I help families move from confusion to clarity.
That can look like identifying patterns that have been missed, adjusting routines and expectations, rethinking curriculum choices, or building a better daily structure. Sometimes it means simplifying. Sometimes it means shifting the entire approach.
Usually, it means helping parents stop spinning and start moving forward with a plan.
My work focuses on brain-based learning support, homeschool consulting, family strategy, and practical next steps for children who need a different path.
This is not theory to me.
I know what it feels like when the usual advice does not work for your child. I know what it feels like to care deeply, work hard, and still wonder if you are missing something important.
That is why I do not lead with fluff. I lead with honesty, compassion, and practical guidance.
Families do not need more shame. They need someone who can help them see clearly and move forward.
My work is shaped by both lived experience and professional training.
My background includes work in pediatric neurodevelopment, brain integration, family support, and educational advocacy. I am a Board Certified Cognitive Specialist and have spent years helping families better understand how the brain, body, and learning process work together.
I have also built businesses, taught, spoken publicly, and created resources for families who want a more thoughtful and sustainable approach to homeschooling.
Homeschooling is often the entry point, but it is rarely the only issue.
When a child is struggling, parents are often carrying much more than curriculum choices. They are carrying stress, second-guessing, schedule overload, and the quiet fear that they are somehow getting it wrong.
My work helps families slow down, ask better questions, and build momentum again.
That is why this brand is called Life Momentum.
Because when the right pieces begin to click, learning gets lighter, home feels steadier, and families can move forward again.
Take a breath. You do not have to figure everything out this week.
You do not need a perfect system by tomorrow. You need a clear next step.
